Enterprise AI, for the business down the street

The tools the big firms use.

Built for how you actually work. Not an agency. A guide.

You’ve tried ChatGPT. Nothing really changed.

That’s not on you. Most AI help starts with the technology: a tool to install, a thing to buy. Nobody asked the one question that matters. How does your business actually work?

We start there. Not with a tool. With your day. What’s working, what’s heavy, where the time goes.

You don’t have to be a tech company for this to matter. It’s the missed calls, the reminders, the books at midnight. The boring, repeating work that eats your week. That’s what AI is for.

You.

Adam Salters, founder of Adsalt Studios

The person behind it

Hi, I’m Adam.

I spent years inside some of the biggest companies in tech, names like Amazon, Capital One, and Deloitte. Then I got laid off. It stung. But it gave me ten months to go deep on AI, full-time, while most people were still poking at ChatGPT between meetings. I came out with a real head start.

Today I do that work at Google, helping some of the country’s largest companies put AI to work. Fifteen years in tech, and I could keep all of it pointed at the big players. Instead I started Adsalt, for the businesses these tools could help most and reach least. The practice, the shop, the office that still knows your name.

Not to automate anyone out of a job. To make people better at the one they have.

How it works

Here’s the whole path. You set the pace.

We learn how your business really runs.

Before any tool, we walk through your day and find where the time goes. This is the Discovery Audit.

We show you what we found.

Where you are, where AI could help, what it would take. If there’s nothing worth doing, we’ll tell you.

We start small, where it’s safe.

One real thing that eats your week, fixed first. You see it work before we go further.

We build it and hand you the keys.

We set it up, train your team to run it without us, and you own everything. We’re done when you don’t need us.

Start where you’re comfortable. Go as far as you want.

The whole path, prices and all. Step on wherever you’re ready.

We make your people better. We don’t replace them.

There’s a worry nobody says out loud: that AI is bad for people. That it means someone loses their job, or you lose the human touch that made the place yours. It’s fair. It’s why we work the way we do.

We don’t automate people out.

AI takes the dull, repeating work, the scheduling, the data entry, the follow-ups, and hands your people back their time for the work that actually needs a human.

The judgment.

The care.

The conversation a customer remembers.

The front-desk person drowning in scheduling starts doing the work that brings in new business.

Your team doesn’t shrink. It levels up.

AI does the grunt work. You make the decisions that matter.A person always stays in the loop.

When the busywork is handled, the time is yours again, and so is what you do with it.

Put it toward growing the business, more customers, more revenue.

Put it toward getting home for dinner.

Run hard, or run easy.

That’s what you’re getting back: the choice.

We measure success by people doing better work, not by smaller teams.

We don’t just advise. We build.

Three of our own products, in private preview now.

Pebbles, a smiling sage pebble with a gold sparkle.

Pebbles

An AI sidekick that helps you finish what you started. It finds why a task is stuck and clears the way.

Rooted, a smiling sheep with sage leaf ears.

Rooted

A postpartum app that helps new parents share the work and the care of the first weeks.

The Recoverly mark, a checkmark drawn in one emerald brush stroke.

Recoverly

A recovery service that finds the property tax money hiding in a new-construction closing and helps Texas homeowners get it back.

This is bigger than AI.

An illustration of a small village on a warm cream background.

We started as villages. Small enough to know what people actually needed, and to take the care to meet it. You weren’t producing for the masses. You were producing for the people right there with you, and it showed in what you made.

Then came the factories. We could make more than any village ever could, but the value drained out of it. When you serve millions, you stop knowing anyone. You make one thing for everyone, and it serves whoever shouts loudest or can pay to go elsewhere. Everyone else falls through.

The problem was never scale. It was mismatched scale: one product for the masses, when what people need is someone who knows them and what they actually want.

The local business is the last place that still works the old way. The heartbeat of a town. The dentist who knows your kids’ names. That care never stopped mattering. It just got harder to keep up.

Two things are bringing the village back. We’re no longer tied to a city to do good work. And AI now lets a small group produce at a scale that used to take a factory, without giving up the care. You can serve at village scale again and still keep up. No more choosing between knowing your customers and keeping pace.

But one business doing this alone is just one stronger shop. The real shift comes when a whole town does it together. That’s what Adsalt Studios is here to build, one shop at a time.

The Partnership Network

Local businesses, connected by where they are and what they can do for each other. The chiropractor sends people to the massage therapist. The accountant helps the bakery. Work gets passed around, and the money and the trust stay close to home.

It’s already started. We introduced a few local drone businesses to each other, and they meet on their own now, passing each other work. No formal machinery. Just the right people in the same room.

You know exactly who you’re serving, and that’s exactly why they come to you.

That’s what we’re building. Village economies. Future built local.

No rush. Just a first step.

Start with the newsletter. We share simple, practical ways to use AI in your business, in plain language. No pitch, just useful.
